ZEELAND, in close attendance to the pace without being rushed early, responded readily when roused and wore down GINGER BOOTS. The latter raced MOLLIE FAGAN into defeat after a half-mile to attain a commanding advantage, then was unable to restist the winner. BLENMINT raced evenly, as did CHALLARIAN. MOLLIE FAGAN was unable to retain the lead she held in the early stages. AQUARIUS failed to threaten. PRITTY WATCH moved menacingly from the outside on the final turn and weakened. PASSING HOUR was outrun, as was SILVER OMAR. Overweight— Mollie Fagan, 1 pound; Passing Hour, 1. Attendance, 10,683; Total Mutuel Pool, 36,289.
