Weil Takes Vouros Contract SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., May 6. — Ike Weil, trainer for the Red and Green Stable, whose racer, Andy B. W., is a popular stakes runner in these parts, has taken over the contract of apprentice George Vouros, The 23-year-old boy hails from New Bedford, Mass., and rides at 105 pounds.
