Whitney Colt to Seek Jersey GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 6. — Trainer Sylvester Veitch advised racing secretary M. C "Ty" Shea this morning that the famed eton blue and brown silks of C V. Whitney will be represented in the 0,000 added Jersey Stakes on Saturday by one of the three Whitney sophomores nominated to the mile and a furlong fixture. Veitch did not indicate who the starter will be, but he will arrive tomorrow with either Counterfeit, Duke K., or Fly Wheel.
