Townrow; bred by M. D. Richardson. IN GATE 5:25. OFF AT 5:25 EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME Start good. Won driving; second and third the same. COLLISTEO, well handled, raced in the thick of contention from the beginning while saving ground, forged to the front midway of the last turn, drew good and clear after straightening out in the homestretch and hung on tenaciously at the close to outlast QUEENS OWN. The latter, taken in hand in the run to the first turn, was set down for his best after straightening out in the homestretch and fought it out with determination at the close. KING MAPLE lacked racing room after the first turn, worked his way between horses, after reaching the. backstretch and came with good energy when clear in the last furlong. PANCHO, steadied early, could not better his position in the final drive. HI LAUDE could not engage the leaders. STAFF REPORTER, sent to the front at once, began to shorten strides after going five furlongs. HEPTAD was never troublesome. THREE STRIPER had brief speed. WELCOME HOME tired badly. Scratched-19270 Miss Luscoe, 114.
