Waterford Blanks Available THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 14. Stake blanks for Waterford Park are available in the racing secretarys office. Two more stakes are to be decided at the West Virginia oval during their current meeting. There is a handicap for older horses at a mile and a sixteenth to be run on June 26. That closes at midnight on Wednesday. There is also a three-year-old stake with added money of ,500 to be decided on July 31. That event closes on June 21. W. J.
