: : ; : 3 Fifty-Two Fillies Made Eligible to Susan Stakes Gambetta, Royal Indian, Miss Deck in ThistleDown Feature THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 14. The list of nominations for the second running of the ,000 Susan at five and one-half furlongs at ThistleDown was released here today and 52 fillies have been made eligible for this two-year-old stakes, the first of five added-money events to be run during the current meeting. The Susan will be contested on Saturday, and the victors , share, with 12 starters, has been estimated at over ,100. Most prominent among the nominees is Tom Ml Girdlers Gambetta, who has earned over 0,000 while winning five races, including 3,800 in the Debutante Stakes at Churchill Downs. Other stakes winners who have been named for Saturdays feature are . the Palatine Stables Royal Indian, who scored in the Bay State Kindergarten at Suffolk, and E. H. Lanes Miss Deck, victorious, in the Debutante Stakes at the New Orleans Fair Grounds. The list of candidates also includes Amnistiada, winner of two in Cuba; Movie Queen, victor in a 0,000 claiming race during the Florida season; Clevelander "Buddy" Hamars Mig Alley, another Florida winner; Top Fair, who won at Keene-land and. at Churchill Downs; Mrs. Dale Shaffers Svidhod, who took a purse at Detroit, and Motor Crane and Wagon Drill, from the barn of Mrs. Joseph Tomlinson. The latter, a Canadian, saw her colors carried to victory in last Saturdays inaugural of the Susan Stakes by Rock Drill.
