Harness Board Meets Today , After concluding its hearings oh the date ; dispute, between Fox Valley Trotting Association and Suburban Downs, the Illinois Harness Racing Commission will meet on Tuesday to map a course of action and determine racing dates on the basis of the information gathered at the five-day hearings which ended Friday.
