Indians Blast Three Boston Hurlersfor22 Hits, 13-5 Win BOSTON, Mass., June 14 UP .Staging their biggest offensive show of the season, league-leading Cleveland blasted 22 hits off three Boston pitchers today for a 13-5 victory, giving the Indians a clean sweep of a five-game series from the staggering Red Sox. The victory was Clevelands eighth without defeat over Boston this season and enabled the Indians to increase their American League lead to two full games over the idle Chicago White Sox. Right hander Bob Lemon won his eighth game against three losses, pitching 11-hit ball for seven innings. He gave up three runs on four hits in the seventh and was removed after completing the inning. Ray Narleski finished up and pitched two-hit ball, allowing one run. Hank Majeski, with four hits, George .Strickland and Al Smith led the Cleveland rampage. Stricklands three-run homer, his fourth highlighted a six-run fifth inning off starting and losing pitcher Bill Henry. Smith, subbing for rookie third-baseman Rudy Regalado who was hit by a pitch in the second, hit his third homer of the year into the left-field net right after Strickland. i Regalado was not injured, but was side-I lined for a rest. He will bo able to play I against Washington Tuesday.
