Run Nine Races on Wednesday THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 14. With the Ohio Racing Commission amending its nine-race rule to permit nine-race cards on Wednesdays, Saturdays and holidays, managing director Louis Pondfield of ThistleDown announced a nine-race program will be run on each of the remaining Wednesdays of the current meeting.
