Stewards Rulings LINCOLN FIELDS, Crete, 111., June. 14. The stewards issued the following rulings here today: "Jockey Douglas Dodson is suspended 10 racing days, June 15 to June 25, inclusive, for rough riding in the seventh race of June 12. "Jockey Layton S. Risley is suspended 10 racing days, June 16 to June 26, inclusive, for rough riding in the fifth racejpf June 11." FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, HI., June 14. The stewards announced the following ruling on Saturday: "Trainer C. M. Whiteside is fined 5 for being late in the paddock with the horse Honest Groyer for the running of the eighth race Thursday night, June 10." DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 14. The stewards, ruled: "Jockey Sammy Williams is suspended for 10 racing days effective Wednesday, June 16 to Saturday, June 26, 1954, inclusive, for rough riding on Cider-man in the fifth race on Saturday, June 12, 1954." Ciderman was disqualified from first position and placed fourth. MONMOUTH PARK, Oeeanport, N. J., June 14. The stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Apprentice rider F. A. Smith is suspended for 10 racing days, June 16 through June 26, for careless riding in the fourth and eighth races at Monmouth Park, June 12."
