Cahokia Downs Track Plans To Run Six Nights Weekly FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collins ville, 111., June 20. Racing: secretary John J. Klucina and George E. Day, executive director"" of the East St. Louis Jockey Club, operator of Cahokia Downs, left Tuesday night for Omaha where they will attempt to interest horsemen in the coming- 60-program meeting at the East St. Louis three-quarter mile course. Before leaving for the Nebraska track Day announced that there would be no "dark" Mondays at Cahokia Downs and that racing would be staged six nights a week, with the exception of Labor Day when an afternoon program would be offered racing fans. The Cahokia Downs session begins Saturday night, July 23, the night following the close here and terminates Saturday, October 1. Day and Klucina have made arrangements to attend the Tuesday racing at Ak-Sar-Ben and that night return to his area.
