i Assign Subahdar 126 for Edgemere Imposted Three Pounds Over Straight Face at Aqueduct; High Gun Is Declared Out AQUEDUCT, L. I., N. Y., June 20. Frank E. "Jimmy" Kilroe has honored Mrs. Walter M. Jeffords Subahdar with topweight of 126 pounds for Saturdays 5,000 Edge-mere Handicap .at a mile and a furlong. This, of course, is in the absence of High Gun, Social Outcast and Fisherman, who were declared before the publication of the weights, along with Bicarb. Green tree Stables Straight Face, who showed this morning that he has regained his best form, is next in the Edgemere imposts with 123 pounds and will probably be the public choice, despite two disappointing races this year. Maine Chance Farms Jet Action, who is weighted strictly on last years form; has been given 122 pounds. High Tide Stables Fabulist, an improved horse, has been given 119 pounds, which indicates that Kilroe believes that he has improved even more than his races indicate as this is eight pounds more than he carried in winning the Queens County Handicap on opening day here. Weight Shift Fayors Joe Jones Foxcatcher Farms Chevation and Ethel D. Jacobs Joe Jones have been assigned 118 pounds each. This is a weight shift of eight pounds in favor of Joe Jones in relation to Fabulist since their Queens County encounter in which the son of Stymie finished fifth after a rather rough trip. Greentrees Maharajah, who may accompany Straight Face, gets in with 116 pounds, the same impost given Woodley Lane Farms Red Hannigan and J. Clark Ross n.s Southarlington, who are both likely candidates, though they appear to prefer a shorter distance. Red Hannigan finished three lengths behind Fabulist at level weights in the Queens County and gets three pounds on Saturday. Other possibilities in the week-end event are Artismo and First Aid, 115; Paper Tiger, 114; Palm Tree, 113, and Alcibiades n., 112 pounds.
