Fair Named NSHA Member NEW YORK, N. Y., June 20. Howard C. Fair, of Kennett Square, Pa., was elected a member of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association at a recent meeting of the organizations board of stewards. Fair has been a member of the hunts committee of the NSHA for several years as a representative for Pennsylvania. He has also been interested in breeding and hunting in his district. , r c . . i t
