The stewards issued the following ruling today: "Jockey Arnold Kirkland is suspended for 10 racing days, June 21 to July 1, inclusive fkor rough riding in the ninth race of June 18." "Jockey Chris Rogers is fined 00.00 for failure to fulfill his engagements on Saturday, June 18." DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 20. The stewards issued the following ruling: "Jockey Hiram Tackett is suspended 10 days Wednesday, June 22 through Friday, July 1 for crossing the field too sharply after the start of the second race of June 18 FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., June 20. The stewards issued the following ruling here today: . "Jockey James Cooper is suspended 10 racing nights commencing June 22 to July 5, both dates inclusive, for careless riding going to first turn in the eighth race Saturday night, June 18." " WOODBINE PARK, Toronto, Ont., June 20. The stewards issued the following ruling: "Owner-trainer A. J. llalliwell is fined 10.00 for entering Martha Crest a winner, in a maiden race for Monday, June 20." BAY MEADOWS, San Mateo, Calif., June 20.
