Mr. Al L. Works at Gansett For Providence Engagement NARRAGANSETT PARK, Pawtucket, R. I., June 20. Howie Weinsteins Mr. Al L., one of the contenders in the midweek Providence Stakes, worked three-quarters this morning, going handily in 1:13 over a sloppy track. Irving Gushens Soldier Son, cut up during the running of the Blackstone Valley Handicap which he won, was back on the track this morning, being sent three-quarters in 1:17, handily.
