Two Late Withdrawals RIVER DOWNS, Cincinnati, Ohio, June 20.--The thoroughbreds, Mabels Pal and Tisbury, were late withdrawals on Saturdays program. The former was a scheduled starter in the fifth race while the latter was slated to start in the ninth event. Both horses were ordered withdrawn by the stewards and all monies wagered on them were refunded.
