N. Y. Commission to Meet on Petition NEW YORK, N. Y., June 20. The New York State Racing Commission will hold a public hearing here on Thursday morning on a petition filed by the Greater New York Racing Association for approval of its certificate of incorporation. The hearing will be convened by commission chairman Ashley Trimble Cole at 10 a. m. at the boards offices at 745 Fifth Avenue.
