Stewards Rulings ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, III., June 28. The stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Roland Joseph Collins, TRPB No. 63036, is denied the privileges of the grounds for obtaining money under false pretenses and for working as a groom without applying for a license. It is recommended to the Illinois Racing Board that this ruling be extended to include all tracks in its jurisdiction." RIVER DOWNS, Cincinnati, Ohio, June 28. The stewards Monday issued the following ruling: Mike Mazzaro, an owner, is hereby fined 100 for abuse of the badge privilege." POLO PARK, Winnipeg, Man. June 28. The Polo Park stewards issued the following ruling under date of June 23: "For careless riding in the third race, June 23, Jockey Fred Dodge, who rode Tee Hee Jane, is suspended for three racing days, commencing June 25 and terminating June 29." THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 28. The ThistleDown stewards issued the following rulings today: "Jockey Juan Sanchez is suspended the remainder of this meeting June 30-July 15 inclusive for rough riding in the fourth and fifth races, Monday, June 27. "Apprentice Jockey Woody Slinker is fined 0 for failure to maintain his position at the three-furlong pole in the fifth race, Monday, June 27." LA MESA PARK, Raton, N. M., June 28. The stewards issued the following ruling: "For careless riding while astride Popbar, causing interference rounding the upper turn in the ninth race, June 25, apprentice jockey Bobbie Harmon is suspended for four racing days, June 27 to July 9 inclusive."
