Mister Black Topweight At 124 for Stars-Stripes Pegged Two Over Kaster for Turf Stake on Arlington July 4 Program ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, 111., June 28. Mister Black, Hasty House Farms winner of both the Continental Turf and Gulfstream handicaps, this year, was assigned topweight for the July 4 Stars and Stripes Handicap at Arlington Park. Racing secretary Frederick G. "Pat" Far-rell gave, the Argentine-bred six-year-old horse an impost of 124 pounds for the one and one-eighth miles grass event. C. Mahlon Klines Kaster, runner-up in the Bougainvillea Turf, Dixie and Riggs handicaps this year, was assigned second highweight of 122 pounds. Maine Chance Farms Jet Action received an assignment of 120 pounds for the holiday feature. Hasty House Farms Sea O Erin and Samuel Tufanos Vise Margin, a couple of top stakes performers this year, each received 119 pounds as their assignments. Mrs. H. L. Nathensons Blue Choir and W.
