John 6. Kelly Reelected Atlantic City Track Head ATLANTIC CITY, N. J., May 9,--John B. Kelly, prominent Philadelphia sportsman and building contractor, was re-elected president of the Atlantic City Racing Association for the ensuing year. The seashore track -opens a 50-day race meeting on August 10. -v Other officers also re-elected at the meeting of the board of directors include Frank D. Fiore, chairman; Dr. Leon Levy, executive vice-president; Daniel G. Kelly, vice-president; Paul F. Harron, secretary; Phillip J. Baker, assistant secretary; J. Griffith Boardman, treasurer, and Paul J. Farley, assistant treasurer. With the exception of Baker and Farley all also serve on the board of directors along with Lloyd O. Koons, I. D. Levy, Dr. James Mason ILL and Louis Stein. I V
