Manuel Ycaza, Louis Olah Suspended Ten Days Each JAMAICA, L. I., N. Y., May 9.— Jockeys Manuel Ycaza and Louis Olah were today suspended for 10 days by the New York stewards, May 12 through May 21. Ycaza was set down when his mount, Cold North, interfered with Skate through the stretch in Fridays ninth race. Cold North was disqualified and placed second. This was the first suspension for Ycaza on Long Island this year. Last year, the Panamanian boy served 55 days on the ground for offenses at the New York tracks, as well as having incurred suspensions in Florida and Cali- fornia. He rode One-Eyed King in the Dixie Handicap at Pimlico today. Jockey Olah was suspended for rough riding on Whose Babu in the backstretch during the third race on Friday. Whose Babu finished fourth. Olah, who has not been getting many mounts, rode King Ranchs Dotted Line in todays Grey Lag Handicap.
