Offer 5,000 to Saddler CINCINNATI, Ohio, May 23 UP.— Sam Becker, Cincinnati fight promoter, today wired an offer to Sandy Saddler, world featherweight champion, for a title bout here in June or July. Becker offered Saddler 5,000, with an option on 35 per cent "of the net receipts, to meet the winner of next Tuesdayls Eddie, Burgin-Charley Riley fight.
