Plans for ITBA Meeting WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., May 23. — Members of the Illinois Thoroughbred Breeders Association will hold their annual meeting and election on June 12 in the Washington Park clubhouse dining room after the races that day, president Frank E. Butzon announced yesterday. Terms of three of the nine directors expire this year. They are M. A. Kern, Emil Denemark, and John D. Mikel. Holdover directors are former Gov. John Steele, State Senator Simon E. Lantz, E. H. Mc-Mahon, Vincent B. Mullins, Al Boyd and Harold C. Hoffman. The latter is also secretary of the mid-west division of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association. Incumbent officers are president Butzow, vice-presidents Clyde Troutt and J. H. Dunn, and secretary-treasurer D. E. Jordan. The ITBA members will have a dinner in the clubhouse prior to the business meeting.
