Transfer Unit to Delaware PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 23.— The local division of the Brookmeade Stable, which is in charge of trainer J. A. Kramer, will be transferred to Delaware Park tomorrow. Probably the top member of the group is the three-year-old Safety, just back in action after a freshening up at the farm in Upperville, Va. Jockey Joe Cul-mone will accompany the stable to the track at Stanton, Del.
