Cincinnati Edges Phils, 4-3 As Kluszewski Singles in 10th CINCINNATI, Ohio, May 23 UP.— Ted Kluszewskis two-out single off Robin Roberts capped a two-run rally which enabled the Cincinnati Reds to defeat the Philadelphia Phillies, 4 to 3, in 10 innings today and snap a four-game losing streak. Roberts relieved Jim Konstanty with one out and two runners on base after three singles had routed the relief star of 1950 and tied the score. Dick Sislers. towering homer— his fifth of the season— had put the Phillies in front 3 to 2 in the top of the tenth. Bobby Adams, Connie Ryan and Johnny Wyrostek singled off Konstanty in Cincinnatis 10 to tie the score with one out and bring Roberts out of the bullpen. Roberts retired Joe Adcock on a hard liner to Del Ennis, but Kluszewski then lined a sharp single past Roberts ear into center field to drive in the winning run.
