Charleston to Go in Puritan SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., May 23. — Phil Schwartz has decided to start Charleston in the thirteenth running of. the ,000 added Puritan Handicap which will feature Saturdays card at Suffolk Downs. Jockey Anthony Tavares, who handled Charleston so well in his sprint victory Tuesday, will again be at the controls in the mile and 70 yards event Sat-| urday.
