Charles Unanimous Choice GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 23. — William E. Charles, a unanimous choice of the newly elected board of directors of the New Jersey division of the HBPA, was this morning re-appointed the secretary- treasurer for that body, to serve his sixth consecutive year In that capacity. Vice-president John Machise appointed the following to serve on the grievance committee: Joe Halsey, A. F. Jim East, W.S. Cotton, John M. Lee, "and Joseph W. Camac. To serve on the finance committee are: George S. Howell, E. W. King and A. J. Cochran. The benevolent committee will be comprised of E. B. Stewart and Dave Emery.
