Schedule Meeting of Illinois Racing Board on Tuesday A regular meeting of the Illinois Racing Board will be held at the boards downtown offices next Tuesday morning at 10:00 oclock, Joseph P. Broderick, board secretary, announced yesterday. The cases of Charles A. Grande and Lawrence Brous-sard, trainer and groom, respectively, of the horse Ruthred, winner on Saturdays Lincoln Fields program, and an uranalysis on whom disclosed the presence of a drug of the nature of amphetamine, are to be heard at that time. The two are suspended indefinitely by the Lincoln Fields stewards and their cases referred to the board. The board likewise will take up the case of jockey Sam Luce, who also was suspended by the stewards for having a battery in his possession.
