Blue Bonnets Ruling BLUE BONNETS, Montreal, Que., May 23. — The Blue Bonnets stewards issued the following ruling: "Jockey E. Venero is hereby suspended for a period of 15 days from May 24 to June 8, 1951, inclusive, for grabbing jockey A. Garry during the running of the fifth race -May 22, 1951. Jockey E. Venero is also fined the sum of 0 for making a frivolous claim of foul after the race."
