Grimes HBPA Vice-President ? BEULAH PARK, Grove City, Ohio, May 23. — The Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association, who elected a committee of 10 here last Saturday, also elected Fred Grimes as vice-president and Barney Weitz, of Cleveland, as secretary-treasurer for a fourth term for the phio division of this organization.
