MOOSE SIGN went to the front at once and, although caught by HY APACHE nearing the stretch turn, easily drew away from the latter in the stretch to finish far in front. HY APACHE had speed in the going and was clearly best of the others. MARTRACER made up considerable ground to finish gamely. MARGARET J. was fairly close up early. ZIPPER MISS responded to urging in the stretch to improve her position and bested the others. THEATRICALADY was a forward factor throughout. SARAT.OGA PETE raced very wide in the stretch. PETES FOLLY, well up from the start, found a narrow opening on the Inside of JACALU nearing midstretch and headed OLYMPIAS ACE in the last sixteenth but was all out to win narrowly. OLYMPIAS ACE took a good lead nearing the stretch turn, then bore out badly to lose command momentarily, but again got to the front after entering the stretch and, continuing well after being headed by PETES FOLLY, would have won in a few more strides ALL SHE WROTE had little trouble disposing of JACALU in the final drive. H. made a very strong move on the outside nearing the stretch turn to head the field turning for home and, shaking off SKIPPYS FIRST in thermal sixteenth, won slowly drawing out SKIPPYS FIRST came to the inside in the stretch to. draw up on equal terms with the leader, but was not good enough. FEB closed some ground in the stretch. MRS. SWEENIE had the most early speed but tired in the final furlong. BAILEYS PRIDE had some early speed. SUPER SUE was badly outrun. BABYS PAL raced very wide for the first three-eighths, then came to the inside in the stretch to finish steadily. PRINTERS DEVIL failed to offer a serious threat. The others were outpaced. BLUE AMBER was outrun early but came between horses in the stretch to finish well. NIRGAL LAD was unable to keep up with the pace, but finished fairly well. BLUE BOY was weakening at the end. RUSSELL TS headed the field after going a short distance and, withstanding a challenge from PASS nearing the final furlong, drew out under urging in the last sixteenth. PASS, well up from the start while saving ground, was in rather tight quarters on the inside of RUSSELL TS ai eighth out and was then taken to the outside of the latter to -finish fairly well. BIG QUESTION saved ground in the stretch. JUDY ROUNDERS made up some ground. MORSE FLASH and GEFION had early speed but tired. Overweight— Show Me Too, 31 pounds* Pass claimed by C. Craddock.
