FAIR SONG followed the pace of PUSSY CAT closely for a half mile, then went to the front, and although seriously challenged by PASATIEMPO in the last sixteenth, held the latter to the end. PASATIEMPO moved strongly on the outside after entering the stretch and appeared a certainty to catch the leader, but hung in the final drive. PARIS FLEET was fairly well up throughout in a steady effort. JUST JUDY was too far out of it in the first part, and although closing considerable ground, was not dangerous. CULLERTON was outpaced. ATTAVAR raced very wide the opening half mile, but improved position to easily take command entering the stretch and won with speed in reserve. CLOUDY DAY made up much ground and was gaining on the leader at the end. LYNNDIANE was fairly well up early and attained second place after entering the stretch, but faltered in the final drive. KISSIN KATE had early speed, then tired. CHALLCOTE closed some ground. COFFEYVILLE and BLUE FAY tired badly. CARLS ABBiE bled.
