Stewards Rulings AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 10. — The stewards here released the following rulings: "Groom John J. Rothenberg, TRPB No. 88046, is ordered ejected from the grounds for touting. This case is referred to the Nebraska State Racing Commission with the recommendation that his license be revoked, and that he be denied access to any grounds coming under their jurisdiction. "For failure to give racing room, while up on his mount, O. Gay, during the running of the third race on Thursday, June 9, 1955, jockey Bob Yeager is suspended for 10 racing days. Jockey Yeager will be eligible to accept mounts for June 28, 1955." WOODBINE PARK, Toronto, On, June 10. — The stewards here issued the following ruling today: "Jockey Pat Remillard issuspended for the balance of the Ontario Jockey Club meeting, ll„days, and an additional seven days of the Hamilton-at-Woodbine meeting 18 racing days June ll-July 1, inclusive, for herding from the five and one-half furlongs pole to the quarter mile pole, during the running of the eighth race on Wednesday, June 8. Jockey Pat Remillard is permitted to ride out the stake engagements which he has on file." FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, III., June 10. — The stewards here issued the following rulings today: "Trainer Charles D. Allen is fined 0.00 for being late to the paddock for the eighth race on the night of June 8, causing the horse, Happy Lee, • to be scratched. "Jockey Sal Chiappetta is suspended 10 racing nights for careless riding during the running of the eighth race on June 9. The suspension period will commence on June 11 and terminate June 24, both dates inclusive."
