Fails to Appear at Hearing COLUMBUS. Ohio, June 10.— Owner-trainer Barnum Sardonis is under indefinite suspension but the attempt of the State Racing Commission to grant him an early hearing on his appeal was unsuccessful because Sardonis failed to appear. Sardonis was set down after Maid of Kent, from his stable, was found to have been illegally stimulated for a winning race at Beaulah Park last month.
