Thinking Cap Joins Field For Lamplighter Handicap MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 23. Christiana Stables Thinking Cap, winner of the Pimlico Futurity in the fall of 1954, is the latest addition to the probable starting field in Saturdays Lamplighter Handicap. Word was received from trainer Henry S. Clark that the-son of Half Crown-Camargo would be vanned here for the engagement in the mile and a sixteenth test, worth 0,000. The Lamplighter lost one prospective starter when it was learned that Green j Dunes Farms Bay of Bengal II. had suffered bucked shins in his race on Tuesday. It will be a short time before he is ready for resumption of his racing activities. Meanwhile the names of Racing Fool, Portersville, Star Rover, Illusionist, Jabneh and Our Dance have been checked off as sure starters by racing secretary John Turner, Jr. He expects several other entrants from a group which includes Bunnys Babe, Our Prince, Ambergris, Door Prize, Crowns Glory and either Jets War Date or Model Ace.
