Ohio Commission Dismisses Alleged Insurance Fraud Case COLUMBUS. Ohio, June 23. The State Racing Commission has dismissed an air-leged insurance fraud case involving the two horses, Suky Susie and Millies Jane, acting secretary William J. Cull announced here today. The -case had been pending for a year and also involved Dr. B. W. Simpson, a thoroughbred owner, and trainer James D. Price, Cull said. He explained that the attitude of the commission had been that they had been punished sufficiently. They had been under suspension since the case started at This-tleDown, according to Cull. The -Thoroughbred Racing Protective Bureau, Inc., investigated the case.
