Jeffords American-bred Ascot Gold Cun entry, Blue Prince, under 131 pounds and with Harry Carr in the ,. saddle, won the Heddon Stakes at 10 furlongs and 40 yards from his only opponent, the four-year-old filly, Shirley Pat, at Gosforth Park track here today.
