Stewards Rulings DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 23. -The stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Jockey agent Jimmy James is fined 5 for failing to properly record and report the engagements of Jockey O. Scurlock and apprentice Jockey T. Mc-Govern." y THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 23. The ThistleDown stewards issued the following rulings here today : "Jockey Art Monteiro is suspended 10 racing days, June 25 to July 6, inclusive, for rough riding in the second and sixth races; Wednesday, June 22. "Jockey Richard .Stroud is suspended 10 racing days, June 25 to July 6, inclusive, for crowding the field after leaving the gate in the fourth race, Wednesday, June 22. "Apprentice jockey Bobby Wall is fined 0 for failing to maintain his position with his mount Short Cable approaching the far turn in the second race, Wednesday, June 22." i WOODBINE PARK, Toronto, Ont., June 23.
