Sugar Ray and Castellani To Meet on Coast July 22 NEW YORK, N. Y., June 23 UP. Sugar Ray Robinson, former welterweight and middleweight champion, and Rocky Castellani of Cleveland, Ohio, signed official California contracts here today for their 10-round fight at the San Francisco Cow Palace on July 22. Promoter Jim Norris said the winner may challenge for Bobo Olsons world middleweight -title. The contract specified that neither shall weigh more than 162 pounds. Robinson said he will leave for San Francisco July 8 or 9 and complete his training at some camp near there. Castellani plans to arrive in the Golden Gate City about eight days before the fight.
