Indians Recall Altobelli CLEVELAND, Ohio, June 23 UP. The Cleveland Indians today recalled first baseman Joe Altobelli from their Indianapolis Farni club. Altobelli, a slick fielder, will report to the team Friday in New York. A player will have to be cut from the roster -to make room for him. Altobelli, since going to the American Association farni club, hit five home runs, batted. .299 and drove in 2J runs. He was with the Indians earlier i the season.
