BIG YEARLING FILLY BAND LATONIA, Ky., Oct. 5. Tommy Aliphant, paddock judge at Latonia who visited Louisville Sunday, reports that John J. Flanigan has thirty yearling fillies, the property of Emerson F. Woodward, quartered at Churchill Downs. The yearlings reached Louisville last week, having been broken at their owners Valdina Farms at Sabinal, Texas. The yearling colts will remain at the farm until next spring. Due to no races for two-year-olds in California, the Valdina Farms horses probably will be campaigned I in Florida this winter. In addition to the ! yearlings, Flanigan has ten seasoned performers at the Louisville track. i
