I LAT0NIA TURF NOTES , ; $ R. B. Allen registered Lady Flash, Will Today and Incarnate, the property of Mrs. R. B. Allen. The trio are quartered at River Downs. Acting for the Rosedale Stable, George White sold the plater, Hat Check, to Homer Pardue. Terms of the sale were private. Upon the report of the track veterinarian that Ring o Love was running a temperature, the filly was excused from filling her engagement in the seventh race Wednesday. Mrs. J. H. Skirvin purchased the plater, Russia, from William Boganowski, and the three-year-old will carry her colors in Saturdays renewal of the Latonia Cup. As Jack Skirvin had a call on Porter Roberts services for the Latonia Cup before he incurred his ten-day suspension Tuesday, the lad will be permitted to ride Russia. Carroll Allen has changed the plans for his stable and instead of shipping his horses to Keeneland, they will be moved over to River Downs. Former jockey Kenneth Noe has beem engaged to book the mounts of apprentice Charles Charlton. Charltons riding has come in for much favorable comment. Jockey Charles Swain packed his tack and departed for his home in St. Louis. He will vacation until the opening of the Keeneland meeting. Judge Charles F. Price, presiding steward in charge of racing, was called to his home at Louisville. Acting for Miss Susan Kellogg, Otis Clel-land sold the three-year-old Justification to J. J. Kinnard, Jr. Terms of the sale were private.
