t FAIRIVI0UNT PARK NOTES f $ $ The formidable stable of racers "Butsey" Hernandez has quartered here, will leave for New Orleans with the close of racing in this sector and await the opening of the Fair Grounds meeting. Another powerful contingent to leave here with the termination, of racing on Saturday will be that of Frank Seremba, who will send fifteen horses to New Orleans, headed by Fairflax and Pin Money. The latter established a new track record for the six furlongs distance here when he negotiated the distance in 1:10. E. E. Major, Jr., will take Off Duty, Freeze and Blazing Sun to River Downs after thand close here Saturday. Among horsemen shipping to Shreveport, the Louisiana track which opens October 22, are E. Tiller with four racers, N. Tiller with nine and H. Manifold with three. J. W. Bernard will send George B. Mc-Cameys Leonards Son, Grey Doll, Sangreal and Dedication to McCameys farm at Fort Worth, Texas. Princess Stone, Circus Night, Sun Tricks and Solar Maid will be taken by Bernard to Sportsmans Park. Jockey Don Scurlock will accompany the stable to the Chicago track. J. Oros will take his stable of nine to Sportsmans Park Wednesday. Apprentice J. E. Oros, who has ridden with marked success during the present meeting, will sport silks at the Chicago track. Another stable to leave for Sportsmans Park with the close of racing here, is that of Frank Kurinec, who will ship four head. W. Stock will take F. H. Carpenters string-to River Downs for that fall meeting, which commences October 12. Jockey R. Montgomery will accompany the stable. E. W. Fouts claimed V. M. Lowrys Billie Dee Or Monday for S1.000. Another claim on the same day was Books Pride, which was acquired out of the fifth race by V. H. McMullen for ,400. The Trails End Stable, owned in partnership by B. Shinkle and A. W. Johnson, will quarter its racers, Rhythm Step, Ondott and Stonyrun at the farm with the termination of the racing at Fairmount.
