I LONG BRANCH TURF NOTES e Entries will be taken each day at Woodbine Park for racing at Long Branch by Eddie Pollard. Entries will be accepted until 9:15 a. m. and scratches until 8:15 a. m. J. H. Logan lost the services of Wise Dart at Long Branch Tuesday morning. The four-year-old daughter of Wise Counsellor and Darter stepped wrong while being worked and broke her leg. She was destroyed. Trainer F. A. Hobbs registered Prince Pagan, Hornet, Epernay, M. J. Brennan, Penship and Sun Tryst at Long Branch, and was granted a temporary trainers license by the Incorporated Canadian Racing Association. They came from western Canada. Dr. C. N. Mooneys Ted Clark is working daily at the Long Branch course and is returning to fine form. The famed handicap star has been out of training for some time. Careless Knight, the property of Mrs. C. S. Mitchell, has been removed from the stewards list and will start at the Long Branch meeting. Trainer S. Caplan has taken the plater, Havergal, to train for G. Smith..
