POSTPONE CASE TO NOV. 14 WASHINGTON, D. C, Oct. 5. Solicitor General Robert H. Jackson announced today the Supreme Court case to test the constitutionality of the Tennesee Valley Authority Act had been postponed to November 14 to permit government Counsel John Lord OBrien to conduct his campaign for senator from New York. Mr. OBrien was nominated by the Republican Party as its candidate for the office. Jackson revealed that he asked OBrien to continue his participation in the case and would postpone hearings until he was available.
