CRANES DEATH ACCIDENTAL RICHMOND, Va., Oct. 5. Coroner J. R. Parker issued a certificate of accidental death in the shooting of Richard T. Crane III., 56, first American minister to Czechoslovakia and a prominent Chicago and Vir- ginia sportsman, who was killed Monday in I a hunting accident on his Westover estate.
