LATONIA CUP WORKOUTS LATONIA, Ky., Oct. 5. Mrs. Edward Haughtons Glasby and Mrs. J. H. Skirvins Russia had their final strenuous preparations for Saturdays Latonia Cup, over a fast track at Latonia this morning. Glasby was drilled over one and one-half miles and Russia ran nine furlongs. Both went along at an even clip and in hand, Glasby completing his trial in 2:48, and Russia the nine furlongs in 1:58.
