Cella Returns Home CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville. Ky.. May 9. — John Cella. president of the Oak-lawn Park Jockey Club, Hot Springs, Ark., departed today for his St. Louis, Mo., home. Cella witnessed the Kentucky Derby renewal here last Saturday.
