Count Chic, Battle Dance, Spinney Equally Weighted BAY MEADOWS, San Mateo. Calif.. May 9. — Dino Lozzis Count Chic, the Jennilinda Stables Battle Dance and Lou Rowans Spinney are so closely matched in the estimation of Bay Meadows racing secretaries William Milner and George Zarelli that they have been equally weighted for Saturdays Childrens Hospital Handicap. Each is to shoulder 117 pounds for the 5,000 added run of a mile and one-sixteenth which will highlight the California Jockey Clubs final program of nine races. One horse, J. W. Rogers Due de Fer, was weighted over the trio at 120 pounds but he M is at Hollywood Park and will not be here f to accept his impost. Count Chic, Battle Dance and Spinney have been among the most active handicap horses in the West this year and each has major triumphs to his credit.
