May 9.— Supported by the best program of hunt racing ever offered in this area, the thirty-second running of the National Hunt Cup has lured 12 steeplechasers, currently training for major competition to be contested over a twe-mile brush course. The handicap serves as a co-feature on the annual program which opens the spring steeplechase Radnor-Hunt Club grounds, near here, the racing is open to the public and starts at 2:30 p. m. Cap-A-Pie and Pine Shot share the top assignment of 155 pounds. Evian is next in line with 154. Crag, winner of last years renewal of the National Hunt Cup for Mrs. A. J. Smithwick, has been assigned 152 pounds. Trained by the owners son, D. M. "Mike" Smithwick. Crag will be ridden by another son, A. P, "Paddy" Smithwick. last years leading chase rider. Champion of the hunt racing circuit in 1956, Crag won the ,000 United Hunts Racing Association award as the best brush performer in hunt racing. ••The weights follow: Horse. Wt. Horse. Wt.
